Let's just say, it's been a bit of a journey... Haha!

After about 15 years in law enforcement with nine of those attached a DEA unit, I finally think I've figured out how to properly manage life's stresses and be my ABSOLUTE best version for my people, my community and myself.

And, of course, FOR YOU! That's why I'm here!

Years of experience, trial and error, triumphs and failures have provided me with the blueprint that I've used to help men, from all different walks of life, get better. Better in their health, their habits, and their peace.
